Nicole is passionate about helping clients create appropriate and effective estate plans, ensuring a smooth transition for their families and protecting assets for future generations. Nicole possesses a unique array of experience which gives her a solid understanding of financial and social concepts integral to successful estate planning.

Nicole's desire to help families dates back to her time as a law-student, when she had the challenge and reward of guiding parents through the U.S. adoption process as they adopted Chinese children through the nonprofit organization, Chinese Children International.

Nicole's career includes time in the London office of the law firm Debevoise & Plimpton working on mergers, acquisitions, and privatizations throughout Western Europe;

developing and launching the first online legal research service in the United Kingdom as a member of the Westlaw U.K. team; and

upon return to Colorado, serving as in-house counsel and director of charitable giving for Great-West Life & Annuities.

Nicole is a Colorado native, born at the U.S. Air Force Academy in 1972, and after moving to many Air Force bases both domestically and internationally, returned to graduate from Air Academy High School in 1991. She earned a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder in 1995 with two semesters abroad at the University of Paris in 1993 and Semester at Sea in 1994. Nicole earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 1998.
